The approved Conditional Zoning (ZON-25-0022) provides room for administrative modifications during final site plan review. Adjustments to elements such as unit mix, building placement, or driveway location may be eligible for administrative approval, provided they remain within the intent of the zoning, do not increase density, and do not change the land use.
All modifications must be reviewed by the Current Planning Division, which determines whether a change is minor or requires a new application
